Brief info

Muhammad Husnain Mahmood (MHM) a learned creative young artist from Punjab University College of Art and Design (PUCAD) and National College of Arts (NCA) as a photographer, video maker and aims to be a film maker. Worked with 360 degrees as a photographer. He creates the images that are edgy, original and capture a unique moment in time. His inspirations Guddu Shani in Pakistan, Gregory Crewdson an art photographer in America, Tom Hoops a photographer from United Kingdom and Paolo Roversi an Italian fashion photographer. He is basically a fashion and art photographer, but his work narrates a fusion of art and fashion which is his main forte.
MHM holds a Master degree in communication design from PUCAD after his BFA from same institute during 2007-13. He also completes his Post Graduate diploma in film making from NCA in 2013-14. During his degree, he worked with 360 degrees. Now he is running his own fashion and art studio in Lahore. During his studies he won ‘Best Photographer Award’ three times in row during 2008, 2009 and 2010 during All Universities Media Fest organized by Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI). He has also won ‘Wekh Lahore’ photography competitions organized by Walled City Authority three times during 2011 to 2013. He has also won first prize in photography titled ‘Reflections’ on Anti-Narcotics section during 44th APACPH Conference held at Colombo,Sri Lanka during 13-18 October 2012.
