Ali Raza received his BFA from The National College of Arts Lahore, Pakistan, in 1992 and his MFA from The University of Minnesota in 2001. Ali lives between Pakistan and USA. He is currently an Associate Professor and the Head of Graduate and Interdisciplinary Studies at SVAD, Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, Pakistan. Since 1994, he has taught at several colleges and universities in Pakistan and the US including National College of Arts Lahore, University of Minnesota, Appalachian State University North Carolina, Virginia Commonwealth University Richmond, Virginia State University, and John Tyler Community College Richmond.
